Twyla joined Wings Insurance Agency in 1997, after developing a diverse and extensive background in both public accounting and the manufacturing industry. She has an Associates degree in accounting from Alexandria Technical College, and in 1991 she obtained her CPA certificate. She is also currently a member of the MNCPA Society. Her skills also include a strong background in the use and implementation of several accounting software packages including Wings accounting software, Solomon IV. Her daily duties for Wings include overseeing all accounting related functions including payroll, general ledger, financial statements, and receivables and payables. She is also instrumental in troubleshooting and developing Wings accounting software / database interface, and serves as the backup LAN administrator. Just like a pilot who must take recurrency training, Twyla attends continuing education courses to supplement her knowledge both in the accounting and computer fields. Twyla resides in Bloomington, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and crafts.
